Responsive Call to Worship    (Psalm 2:10-12)

Now therefore, O kings, be wise; be warned, O rulers of the earth.

Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.

Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and you perish in the way, for his wrath is quickly kindled.

Blessed are all who take refuge in him.

*Hymn #766                         “At the Name of Jesus”                       Wye Valley

*Prayer of Adoration

*Affirmation of Faith - The Children’s Catechism

Did Jesus ever sin? No. He lived a sinless life.

How could Christ suffer? Christ, the Son of God, became a man so that he could obey and suffer in our place.

For whom did Christ obey an suffer? For all whom God the Father gave to Christ..

Children’s Message               (ages 3 and Up)

*Hymn #324             “When I Survey the Wondrous Cross”                        Hamburg

Corporate Prayer of Confession with Individual Prayers of Confession

God of everlasting love, we confess that we have been unfaithful

to our covenant with You and with one another.

We have worshipped counterfeit gods and have sought salvation from pseudo saviors.

We have served our own self-interest instead of serving You and Your people.

We have not loved our neighbors as You have commanded nor have we rightly loved ourselves.

Have mercy on us, most merciful Father!

Pardon all our sins, known and unknown, felt and unfelt, remembered or forgotten.

Send Your purifying grace into our hearts, that we may live in Your light

and walk according to the commandments of Jesus Christ, our Savior and King.

Assurance of Divine Pardon  (Ephesians 2:8,9)

   For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing;

it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.

Offertory & Prayer of Thanksgiving

Praise God from Whom all blessings flow, Praise Him, all creatures here below. Praise Him above, ye heavenly host. Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Amen.

Lesson from the Revelation           Revelation 14:14-20                  pew Bible pg. 1036

And take not the Word of Truth utterly out of our mouths, for our hope is in Your rules. - Psalm 119:43

Entry to the room is gained from inside the sanctuary itself or can be accessed through the library.

Ingram Extra - Please join us immediately after service for some refreshment in the Fellowship Hall. This is an informal time to get to know each other better. During this short-time, we usually hear something practical from Pastor John and are able to share our prayer requests together.

The Lord’s Supper - We celebrate the Lord’s Supper each Sunday at Ingram. All who sincerely trust in Jesus Christ and Him alone, for the forgiveness of sin, are invited to partake. Our custom is to distribute the elements processing forward by rows. When everyone is served, then we will take the elements together. For children not yet taking communion, please bring them forward with you so Pastor John may pray for them.
